Plink believes technology can be used to connect Māori to their identity, through language and whakapapa. We also believe that connecting all people in Aotearoa to our beautiful language, is part of the journey that we are all on to celebrate what makes us unique.

NZ Hi-Tech Awards

In 2020, Plink was nominated as a finalist for the New Zealand Hi-Tech Awards, in the Hi-Tech Kamupene Māori o te Tau – Māori Company of the Year category.

Innovation Awards

It was great for Jim and Jeremy to get out on Tangaroa for some user testing of our new recreational fishing, self reporting app.

Nelson Weekly

Melissa's photos were again on the cover of the Nelson Weekly. Melissa and Jeremy's daughter Xanthe was featured, exploring her experience with Mahuru Māori, where she navigated the whole of September only speaking te reo Māori.
